Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
“Search Engine Optimization” (SEO) is the process of creating a website presence that rises to the top of the search engine “naturally.” Search engine algorithms use your domain name, meta keywords, content, and inbound links from related websites to determine your score. The better the score, the higher up when someone searchs for “real estate in {your town}”. OIP.net provides inbound links to your website(s).
A Directory for Referrals
If you’re a consumer, looking for an agent can be time consuming and frustrating. If you’re an agent looking for a referral agent in a remote city can also be difficult and frustrating. OIP’s directory can help you find an agent serving the town your interested in and, at least for premium members, the specialties and designations they have.
Email keeps you connected. Your Internet presence requires it. Your Customers and Lenders expect it. Consider using an email address that reflect your brand and identity, not your agency and not Google.

Email Archiving
The Oregon Real Estate Agency rules require you to archive all real estate correspondence for at least seven (7) years. If you aren’t archiving your email, instead relying on ISP or local backups, you may be risking your business.

We offer several backup solutions, including one of the nation’s best personal backup solutions: Carbonite. We also routinely backup customer websites without extra costs.

Website Hosting
Hosting your website with an ISP that knows Real Estate is necessary to ensure that your site lives up to the performance you deserve. We manage our own servers on our own bandwidth, so we can control everything about your website’s environment.
Website hosting starts at $20 per month.
Website Monitoring
Many website owners rely on the experience and technical expertise of their hosting provider. Don’t! Our monitoring service let’s you know if your website is down, if it’s been hacked, or if performance is below par.
Monitoring starts at $5.00 per month
Domain Monitoring
Your domain name is one of your most important business assets. If you let your registration lapse, your website and email will stop working. Our monitoring service includes renewal and DNS monitoring (once a day), with SMS or email notices when your domain name is getting close to expiration.

We are also closely associated with a digital printing company. We currently have three digital printers, two large format printers (one inkjet, one solvent), a number of finishing and binding options, and more. We offer the following:
